SOYA FLOUR (FATTED / DEFATTED)

The Soya Flour (Fatted/Defatted) manufactured from clean, sound and healthy Non GMO Soya beans by cracking, de-hulling, toasting and grinding them. The coarser particles are separated by air classification to get a free flowing pale yellow powder of high quality.

Soya Flour (Fatted/Defatted), is used extensively in the bread and bakery industry because of its bleaching properties. Protein > 39%, Fat > 16%, Moisture < 6%, Protein Efficiency Ratio > 45.

WHEAT FLOUR (MAIDA)

SEMOLINA (RAWA / SUJI)

Semolina is the purified wheat middlings of durum wheat used in making pasta; also, the coarse middlings are used for breakfast cereals and puddings. Semolina, made from durum wheat, is known in North India as Sooji, in Marathi it's called Rava ,in South India, Ravey in Kannada, Rava/Ravam/Ravai in Telugu/Tamil, in Tamil Nadu, the semolina is also made of rice.

Broadly speaking, meal produced from grains other than wheat may also be referred to as semolina, e.g. rice semolina, or corn semolina

BROKEN WHEAT (DALIA)

Broken wheat or cracked wheat or couscous is made by milling whole raw wheat grains coarsely. Wheat is cleaned and husked and then processed to the required size. It is highly nutritious as it does not undergo refining. Such cracked wheat has a large number of uses, especially as a dietary supplement. When broken wheat is cooked, it has a hearty, warm aroma and a delightful, grainy taste. It is slightly nutty and chewy. 

GRAM FLOUR (BESAN)

A popular ingredient used in Indian cooking, besan is known by many names around the world. Also known as gram flour, chickpea flour, ground garbanzo beans, ground chana dal, many people commonly refer to it as besan powder or flour as well.

When compared to the standard white flour used and Europe, gram flour is much more nutritious. It is low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. A 100g of besan flour contains about 10g dietary fiber and 22g protein higher than your usual wheat flour.
